Luke 16:16-17"The law and the prophets were proclaimed until John. Since then, the good news of the kingdom of God is being preached, and everyone is forcing their way into it. It is easier for heaven and earth to disappear than for the least stroke of a pen to drop out of the law."

There is what is right and what is not, but we live in times when this is constantly questioned. People try to find mental excuses to continue in their sins, crimes, and wrongdoings, as if they weren't truly serious. Unfortunately for those who do this, Jesus warned that no matter how much they tried, God's law would never bend. In fact, it would be easier for the earth to disappear than for God to renounce what is right.

Stop looking for excuses or "forcing the situation" to sin, pretending that doing what is wrong is acceptable. Jesus not only denounced this, but He also opened the way for us to be forgiven for doing it. Repent and believe in Christ, and all your wrongdoings will be forgiven.

Don’t force the situation:

Pray and meditate, ask God in which areas of your life you are neglecting.

Read James 2:10-11.

For prayer:

"God, my Lord, forgive me for not taking Your commandments seriously. I understand that I do not enter the kingdom of heaven by my merits or by force, but only by faith in the work of Jesus Christ. I ask that Your Holy Spirit empower me to believe in You. Thank You because my entrance into heaven is guaranteed by Your grace and mercy. In Jesus' name, amen.
